Prom is a formal dinner and dance set to take place at Terrace on the Park, in Queens.
(www.terraceonthepark.com). Date is June 16, 2022, 6PM to 11PM.
Price is $175 per person. We begin accepting payment on Monday, April 4. Students
PURCHASING seats must be Fort Hamilton High School Seniors on track to graduate.
SEATS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Students must also be in good standing regarding school conduct.
Payment is made in the form of a MONEY ORDER made out to “Fort Hamilton High School”.
Please include student NAME, OSIS, and OFFICIAL CLASS on the money order as well.
Any student purchasing a ticket is able to officially bring another Fort Hamilton student OR
an outside guest. Couples can be combined on a single $350 money order, and must enter
and sit together at Prom.
Please include guests full name on money order if purchasing for
two. If any situation changes between payment and prom, please let us know IN ADVANCE.
Payment deadline is Monday, May 16th, 2022. T
HIS IS A VERY FIRM DEADLINE SO PLEASE MAKE
SURE YOU COME TO US WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE.
Payment plans are allowed, but must be arranged prior to the deadline date.
Current DOE guidelines mandate that in order to attend a dance, students
must be fully vaccinated. Health screening questionnaire also required.
Fort Hamilton Student vaccination status is confirmed through the DOE vaccination portal.
Please make sure your status is up to date.

Outside guests must attach a copy of evidence of vaccination to their permission slip.
ALL PERMISSION SLIPS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, MAY 23.
