Senior Updates . . .
(1) Regarding graduation on Monday, June 26, 2023, yes, we are working with the stadium to plan a scenario where students walk to the platform and receive their diploma case. Please be advised, as always, actual diplomas are distributed on the last day of school.
Other facts . . .
Doors open approximately 10:30AM. Parents can sit anywhere in the stadium other than the sections set aside for the graduating class and working students. As per the Mets, students will NOT be seated on the field.
The ceremony begins promptly at 11AM. (In the original newsletter I incorrectly stated 10AM).
The bulk of the ceremony will be dedicated to the students walking. We ask that families/friends remain seated throughout the duration of the event, allowing the final students the same attention and respect as they walk as those in the beginning.
