We’re making updates to student cohorts (Remote or Blended) based on new opt-ins for Blended. In addition, we’ve shared that any Blended student with no Term 2 attendance through April 16 will be moved to Remote. The updated cohorts will be on Pupilpath programs no later than Wednesday, April 21. Current Blended students will attend 1 day per week through April 23.
Starting April 28, ALL Blended students will attend in-person 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Many room changes are necessary to maintain 6 feet social distancing (3 feet is only for K-5 and D75), but the cohort designations will be on programs no later than 4/21 as follows:
Remote = ZREM (same designation as before)
Blended = ZBLE (updated to reflect in-person Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
All students will continue to be remote on Mondays and Tuesdays. Room changes as needed will be updated on Pupilpath prior to students attending 3 days per week. We look for all Blended students to attend Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday starting April 28. A reminder that Blended student MUST have consent for covid testing to attend in person.
Covid Update at FHHS: While not transmitted at school, we had 3 Blended community members test positive for covid recently. All exposed members, students and staff, were alerted and are on quarantine per CDC/DOE guidelines. Thanks to everyone for their cooperation. Test & Trace will increase testing from 1 time per week to more frequently as a result.
Programming for SY2021-22: To encourage students to advocate for themselves regarding special classes (honors, AP, Virtual Enterprise, JROTC, Symphonic Band, etc.), they can make requests on the Change of Track form available through April 30th
In addition, students will meet with their counselor to discuss graduation requirements and options for the upcoming school year.

Reminders and Looking Ahead:
April 19-20 – ALL students are REMOTE.
April 19- PTA meeting at 6pm. Executive Board begins at 4:30 followed by Title 1 at 5:30pm. Registration is required (see above link to register).
April 21-23 - Blended students attend per cohort assignment 1 day per week (ZWED = Wednesday, ZTHU = Thursday, ZFRI = Friday.
April 23 – End of Marking Period 2
April 26-27 – ALL students are REMOTE.
April 27 – Registered juniors take SAT in person at FHHS.
April 28-30 – ALL Blended Students attend in person, cohort ZBLE
April 30 - Term 1 Grade Change Request: Families have the option to request that a passing numeric grade from Term 1 can be converted to CR (credit) by completing the form here no later than April 30, 2021. This does not apply to grades of NX. PARENT/GUARDIAN CHOICE OF GRADING SCALE for 2020 TERM 1
