Dear Wonderful Parents/Guardians,
Fort Hamilton High School will be holding our Virtual PTA Executive Board Election on October 26, 2020 at 6:00 pm. School Leadership Team Election and PTA Meeting will proceed right after.
If you want to participate to vote in our elections and attend the PTA Meeting, registration will start on October 16, 2020. The last day to register is October 25, 2020. You MUST register with the link below to be able to attend elections and the PTA Meeting on October 26, 2020.
Please make sure your personal information matches up to what Fort Hamilton has on record. You must have a child at Fort Hamilton High School to vote.
After you register, you will receive an email invite with your own unique zoom link to attend the elections and PTA Meeting. We will be using the polling feature to vote. We advise you to check in 30 minutes earlier to avoid any technical difficulties.
Elections will promptly start at 6:00 pm and voting window is open with enough time for everyone present to vote. As a reminder, the nomination window has closed and we will not be taking floor nominations. A list of our candidates will be emailed out shortly.
We also encourage you to download the Zoom app in Google Play or Apple Store on your cell phone or laptop/computer before election night. To be authenticated you MUST sign in to Zoom app in order for you to attend the elections and the PTA meeting. We will be recording that night and if you decided to call in to vote, we will have to verbally take down your personal information and your voting choice to our whole audience.
