Saturday Tutoring continues on October 30, 2021 from 9-11am. This includes tutoring in Chemistry, Living Environment, Algebra 1, and ENL, plus support for work required to recover NX course credit.
A reminder that student progress will be reflected with letter grades on Pupilpath for Marking Period 1 by November 2, 2021 as follows.
November 2, 2021 is an asynchronous learning day for all students (no in-person at FHHS). Students must log into each class to participate. Attendance will be taken.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be conducted virtually on the evening of Wednesday, November 10 and the afternoon of Friday, November 12. Each teacher will conduct a brief virtual open house on the evening of November 10 organized by department (schedule shared in November Newsletter from Ms. Ruales, Parent Coordinator).

DEVICES are available to students for home use: If you need a device, 1) complete the request form on link below and then 2) go to your guidance counselor to pick up the Parental Consent form. 3) Return completed Parental Consent form to your guidance counselor and 4) you will be notified about a time and place to pick up the device within 3-4 days. We had 2 positive cases of covid-19 this week, but none of them necessitated that any student quarantine other than the positive cases.
We will implement the DESSA Social Emotional Survey beginning Wednesday, November 3, 2021. If you do not want a staff member to complete the DESSA screener for your student, you must complete the OPT OUT OF SEL SCREENER SURVEY by completing the form on the link here https://bit.ly/fortseloptout no later than October 31, 2021 to remove your child from the screener list.
