Comprehensive Education Plan Goals 

SY 2025-26

 


Goal 1 By June, 2026, the number of students in Cohort 2027 passing the English Regents exam will increase by 2%, from a baseline of 80% for Cohort 2026 to 82% for Cohort 2027.


Goal 2: By June, 2026, overall suspensions will decrease by 5 as measured by the total of 97 suspensions in SY 2024-25 to 92 suspensions in SY 2025-26.  

Goal 3:     By June, 2026, the number of students in Cohort 2029 passing the Algebra 1 Regents exam will increase by 3%, from a baseline of 67% for Cohort 2028 to 70% for Cohort 2029.  

Goal 4: By August, 2026, all Cohort 2026 students achieving a 4-year graduation will increase by 1% from 87% for cohort 2025 to 88% for cohort 2026, as measured by NYS Standards for a 4-year graduation. SWDs from 74.00% for cohort 2025 to 75.00% for cohort 2026 and ELLs from 67.00% for cohort 2025 to 68.00% for cohort 2026.

Goal 4B By January 2026, the Post-Secondary Enrollment rate will remain constant from 71% for Cohort 2024 to 71% for 

Cohort 2025.  

Goal 5: By June 2024, Supportive Environment practices will improve as measured by a 1% increase in the completion of the NYC School Survey by families from 61% in 2025 to 62% in 2026. 

Goal 6: By June, 2026, the Percentage of Chronically Absent Students for All Students will decrease by 3%, from 33% in SY 24-25 to 30%, as measured by the Stars Custom Report 3.27. Our goal for SWDs is to decrease by 3% the Chronic Absenteeism rate from 46% in SY2024-25 to 43%. Our goal for ELLs is to decrease by 3% the Chronic Absenteeism rate from 40% in SY2024-25 to 37%. 

 

Goal 7: By June 2026, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for All Students with Disabilities (SWD) 98% of students will have all mandates Fully Served. This is an increase of 1% from 97% achieved in 2025 as measured by the Program Service Report (PSR).
