Fort Shadowing

Fort shadowing with a compass and the word career below it

The Fort Shadowing programs offers students a chance to gain professional and technical skills in the workplace setting. This is a great opportunity for you to explore careers of your interest and gain experience to add on your resume for college and potential jobs in the future. We have partnered with companies and organizations that have agreed to give our students an opportunity to shadow an employee at the work site, volunteer by performing assigned job tasks, and/or have a small group of students take a trip to the work site and have a tour and informational session. You will be interviewed and prepared with work readiness skills before going to the workplace site.
